Resistance Band Bigger Biceps Challenge - Day 8
Hey workout partners! Week 2 is here! Let's kick it off in style!!! Push beyond your limits today and reap the rewards!
Day 8 - Todays Biceps session is Pulse then reps. So the first 15 seconds of each 40 second segment is a pulse (mini reps) then you will need to complete 20 regular reps.
You can use any Resistance Bands, however for every one of these workouts we will be using Bodylastics Bands. If you have a set you will know why they are 🥇Top Rated!
