🌱Lemon Za'atar Soy curl bake🌱
60 grams soy curls rehydrated in veggie broth
4 cups cut broccoli
8 oz cherry tomatoes
4 cloves of garlic
Juice of one lemon(save half for when its finished)
1 tbsp braggs liquid amonos(can sub low sodium coconut aminos or tamari
2-3 tsp Za'atar seasoning (make sure its oil free if need be)
Bake @400 cover for 25 minuets
Bake another 10-15 minuets uncovered
200 calories per serving. Makes 2 servings
🌱Maple dijon sheet pan 🌱
60 grams soy curls (hydrates in vegan chick'n broth)
ground black pepper, red pepper flakes to taste
1 small red onions
12 ounces peeled and diced sweet potatoes
1 apple, diced (I used a cosmic)
8 ounces brussle sprouts
A few sprigs of fresh rosemary and thyme
3/4 cup vegetable broth(to add have way through roasting)
•Sauce
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Bake @ 425
420 calories per serving. Makes 2 servings
