We discussed the examples of events and topics that have become a breeding ground for
information attacks indicating foreign intervention. How do these activities affect or can affect the relations between the countries of our region and the European Union's relations with its neighbours? Are we doomed to reactivity or can we be proactive? We looked at the good practices in monitoring, catching and early response and institutional and legal solutions to support the fight against disinformation.
