Arthritis is a degenerative joint disease.
Here this yoga exercise is for all types of arthritis including diseases like gout.
Arthritis (and osteoarthritis) are most common in people over 60. If it develops in a younger person, it usually has a specific cause, such as an injury.
In general, symptoms develop and worsen over time. Affected joint tissues such as tendons, cartilage... get worse until the bone is no longer protected by the padding and the bones rub against each other causing joint damage, limiting movements and causing pain.
This yoga exercise has a very good effect in the prevention and treatment of various types of arthritis, especially good for cases of lower leg arthritis. Patients should practice this exercise at least 3 times a week.
You can also do this yoga exercise with your doctor's permission.
This exercise consists of 2 parts, today we are practicing part 1 together.
