Bioluminescence is the production of light from organisms in the water and is spectacular in Port Gamble Bay.
This video is of one of our tours on Port Gamble Bay. It is just dusk, the perfect time to depart. Around 10:30 to 11pm the light is gone and the Bio comes out. It is spectacular in Port Gamble due to the fact that the bay has one of the longest undeveloped shorelines in Kitsap county, a plus for seeing the Bio due to no light pollution.
