President Joe Biden declared himself the "nightmare" to any Republicans who want to cut Social Security and Medicare in a Tampa, Florida speech Thursday. Republicans, like Marjorie Taylor Greene who called Biden a "liar," heckled the president at the State of the Union for saying some of them want "to sunset" Medicare and Social Security.
