If you want to be healthier, working out can help. But it's much easier to change your lifestyle and get more movement in your life every day than to add an hour at the gym a few times a week. Most of us live pretty sedentary lives. Varied movement is essential for a healthy body. Also... most people don't really enjoy going to the gym. Why should you have to suffer to be healthy?!
So, instead of trying to cram extra gym time into an already full schedule, here are some ways you can add a little extra movement into your day. It's about changing your perspective and seeing your environment differently. But also, it's about enjoying your daily movement additions! This is a great way to start building a movement practice and a healthier lifestyle in general.
