Today I shared with you how to make a perfect Rajasthani bati in oven.
Ingredients
- Wheat flour 3 cups
- Ajwain (Carom seeds)- 1 tsp
- Salt 1tsp ( as per taste)
- Milk ( Room Temperature ) as required to make a stiff dough.
- Clarified Butter /Ghee 1 cup
- Ghee 2tbsp
