By monitoring and fine-tuning the temperature and humidity in operating theatres in real time, Danderyds Hospital in Stockholm has been able to reduce the number of surgeries needing to be cancelled due to unhygienic humidity levels. They have also been able to reduce the amount of materials wasted due to contamination.

The project is part of Digital Demo Stockholm, a collaboration that aims to make everyday life for the residents of the Stockholm region even better, with the help of digital solutions.
