If you've got a Teensy and you're willing to do a bit of coding in Arduino then you can do it. Thanks to [ Ссылка ] for supporting the channel.
We've been messing around with a Teensy. Turns out you can do some pretty fun stuff if you can pretend to be a mouse and a keyboard.
0:00 Some terrible voice acting :)
1:14 Social Engineering - making a fake Power Bank
2:00 Charging LED - it's pretty realistic
2:34 Stopping the screen lock
3:40 How to trigger the hack
4:20 Launching the attack
5:25 Are you paranoid?
This is just a fun proof of concept - I can't take any credit for the idea - people have been doing this kind of hack for quite some time. But, it's good to think about how you could make it work and there's a valuable lesson in not trusting random devices!
We're using the USB-HID capabilities of the Teensy. It's pretty easy to run this up using Arduino and you can make it act as a mouse or a keyboard. There's plenty of other interesting things that could be done with the device. I originally bought it to drive some laser galvos, so I'll probably do some more Teensy based projects soon.
You can pick up a Teensy here: [ Ссылка ] (this is an affiliate link - so I will get something from Amazon)
As always, thanks for watching - let me know in the comments what you think. I do read everything, even though I may not get time to reply.
