2x cod fillets
1tbsp hot curry powder
1tbsp mild curry powder
1 onion
4 garlic cloves
ginger
1 yellow pepper
1tbsp tarrogan
1tbsp thyme
salt and pepper
1tsp Worcestershire sauce
1tbsp maple syrup
2.5 tbsp tomato puree
300ml coconut milk
1 green chilli
