3 handfuls of kale
1/2 tsp rosemary
veggie stockcube
handful of basil
75ml skimmed milk
40g parmesan
150g protein
2 salmon fillets
Lemon & Garlic Chicken
2 garlic cloves
2tbsp honey
1 lemon
pack of skinless and boneless chicken thighs
2tbsp parsley
potatoes & veg to serve
Mediterranean Cod
2x cod fillets
1tbsp hot curry powder
1tbsp mild curry powder
1 onion
4 garlic cloves
ginger
1 yellow pepper
1tbsp tarrogan
1tbsp thyme
salt and pepper
1tsp Worcestershire sauce
1tbsp maple syrup
2.5 tbsp tomato puree
300ml coconut milk
1 green chilli
