Anxiety Institute's New Jersey office is located on 333 Main St in Madison. There is free parking available located in the rear of the building and can be accessed directly from Main St. or Essex Place.

There are two ways to enter the building - one from the front on Main St. or from the back connected to the parking lot.

The stairs and elevator are located closer to the rear entrance. After coming up the elevator or stairs you will notice the bathrooms across the hall. To the right is the entrance to the Anxiety Institute office.

Upon entering the office you will see the front desk in the lobby where you will be greeted by a staff member.
