Walk Workout Part 1 - Repeat 6 times
POWER PACE: 2 minutes - 3.5 - 4.5 mph
RECOVER: 1 minute - 3.0 - 4.0 mph
Walk Workout Part 2
HILL WALK: 2 minutes - 3.5 - 4.5 at 3.0 incline and then 5.0!
RECOVER: 1 minute - 3.0 - 4.0 mph
Cooldown at the end!
