For the worthy makes the world you generate harder by changing many aspects like some surface water is lava or bombs have a chance to come from shaking trees or Pots, but most importantly gives enemies more defense but also Doubles the Health of Bosses Plus adding some AI changes. Some bosses are smaller while others are massive, Also some are faster, Some bosses have no changes.
Bosses are much harder and take far longer in most cases, Being combined with Mastermode both normal enemies and minibosses become very dangerous. For an in depth view on all the changes you can read the Terraria WIki: [ Ссылка ]

Do note that this is done using Journey mode with Mastermode difficulty set which is considered harder then plain mastermode since Mastermode is 4x stats while Journey Mastermode is 6x Stats, Mastermode is normally 2x while Journey mastermode goes to 3x but due to For the Worthy doubling those stats, It becomes 4x and 6x.....Fun eh ?
