Here are the full two segments of Steve Martin's guest appearance on Late Show, October 2, 1998, featuring the debut broadcast of the classic remote, "Dave and Steve's Gay Vacation." It has been uploaded previously by others but this is the best-quality audio and video you'll find.

From an early Wahoo Gazette by Michael McIntee:
"[The remote] was shot last Friday [September 25*] at Orchard Beach in the Bronx. We shot for about three hours. It was good, quick, sharp, productive, fun, and well planned out."

*The Friday, September 25, broadcast had been taped the night before, thus explaining how the time spent taping the remote that Friday afternoon was possible.
