The movie demonstrates the growth of isoniazid (INH) crystals from its supersaturated solution in methanol obtained from molecular dynamics simulations. Here, we combine single-crystal growth experiments with the constant chemical potential molecular dynamics simulations to investigate the solvent-dependent morphology selection of the INH crystals. With decreasing the solvent polarity, the crystal shape evolves from needle-like in water solution to blocks in isopropanol.
