We were thrilled to have our great friend and partner Mike Dunn join us in the Dish Lab to demonstrate a few of his favorite drills and workouts on the NEW Dr. Dish CT.
In this progression, Mike focuses on what he calls "The Gauntlet." The Gauntlet consists of 6 total shots but mixes in all different types of footwork.
1. Elbow curl/step-in to start
2. Fade to opposite corner 3
3. Sprint to other corner 3
4. Lift to same side wing 3
5. Iverson cut to opposite wing 3
6. Shallow/zipper cut to top of key 3
Challenge yourself to go game speed and make all 6 shots in a row.
With the Dr. Dish CT, it can track BOTH 2s and 3s within the SAME drill. This has never been possible before on a shooting machine.
Big shoutout to Mike for this awesome challenge. This can obviously be done with or without the Dr. Dish. Much more coming from the handsome man on the NEW Dr. Dish CT.
