Ingredients For Borscht (борщ) Soup:
• 2,5 l of water in a 4 l stock pot
• beetroots 300 gr
• carrots 300 gr
• potatoes 300 gr
• yellow onion 250 gr
• red bell pepper 250 gr
• celery stalk 150 gr
• white cabbage 400 gr
• spring onion 50 gr
• dill 50 gr
• tinned tomatoes 300 ml
• salt 30 gr
• olive oil and sunflower oil 60 ml
