This is the final reupload for my 1966 goodbye room recreation. This time I have the correct accapella audio used for the first decade, since the previous versions audio was incorrect. I used footage from several different videos, in order to make a recreation of the 1966 goodbye room to the best of my ability. Most of this footage has been uploaded by me and other fans of this attraction on YouTube, although one clip is from an Instagram video which I plan on sharing hopefully within a couple weeks. Most of the footage that you see here is extremely rare and this is the only place on the internet where you can see all of the footage of the 1966 goodbye room that has been released in one place. Most of the footage is from old 8mm films of Disneyland, while a couple pieces of footage are from the Walt Disney's Wonderful World of Color episode Disneyland Around the Seasons (720p). I recreated the audio in another video linked below, and the only place where you can hear this live on the internet (for now) is the amazing 1970 sound film, also linked below. However, this particular Goodbye room only lasted until about 1969 or so when they removed the children and "it's a small world after all" diorama and installed the flowers, retaining the message from Bank of America, although sadly no footage of the 1966 version of that message exists at the moment. I hope you enjoy this video.
I do not own any of the videos or audio used in this video. All audio and Disneyland Around the Seasons rights go to Disney, and all film rights go to their respective owners.
