New Gurugram's developing sectors, Sectors 81 to 90, provide a plentiful supply of residential units and plots for new construction. These sectors fall after the Kherki Daula Toll Plaza and are close to the Dwarka Expressway, which provides good access to the rest of the city.
Other major approach roads to the sectors are NH48/Delhi-Ajmer Expressway/Golden Quadrilateral/ Rewari-Delhi Road/Delhi-Jaipur Expressway, Pataudi Road, Central Peripheral Road (CPR), Sector 86 Road, Sector 90 Road, New Sector Road, and DLF Road. Since the cluster is still emerging, there are few public transportation options available here. While currently, there is no metro station in the cluster, a ‘Gurgaon metro’ has been planned, which would enhance the region’s connectivity.
As of now, the Huda City Centre metro station on the Yellow Line is the closest to these sectors at around 18 to 20 km.

Sector 85: Residential
Sector 86: Residential
Sector 87: For public & Semi-Public use
Sector 88: Commercial
Sector 88A: Residential
Sector 88B: Residential
