The Bento Buster, a Kiwi in Japan, shows how to make Japanese Royal Milk Tea. This popular version of milk tea is creamy, rich and heavenly.
2 tea bags Assam tea (or 8 grams loose tea leaves)
150 ml water
350 ml milk
3 tsp sugar
For this tea, Assam tea leaves are used. However if you don't have them use any other type that you have. Earl Grey, English Breakfast etc...
Of course using quality loose tea leaves will give you a better quality tea, but if you use tea bags you will still get a great cup of tea and its easier as you don't need to strain it.
