What determines gender? t is known the gender is determined by the contribution of the male. As males possess both X bearing and Y bearing sperms. Whereas females are predestined to produce only X chromosomes. If X bearing sperm fertilizes the egg it would be a girl and if Y bearing sperm fertilizes the egg than a boy would be conceived.

A woman for instance has had her right Fallopian tube removed or perhaps completely blocked. Meaning that she is able to have her egg ovulate and travel from the left ovary only. Does this mean that she will only have girls?
