Quick guide of how to save and reload after a death on One Life Mode. This will net you the Immortal and Unhinged achievements.

Steps:
-Play offline.
-To save: go online, save, exit game, enter game, save, force close the game, reload game, go into game, then go offline and continue playing.
-To reload from online save: force close game, manage game, delete all saved data from hard drive, go online, start game, let game sync to servers, load into save, GO OFFLINE, continue to play.

If the game is connected to online at any time you will die permanently. If you connect to online with dead save on your hard drive, it will sync to the online server and lock you out of the game.
