Durga Navmi Aarti and Dhunuchi Dance (Khappad Khela) at Mysore Bengali Durga Puja Association. So this is the 3rd time me visiting the place and again this time Durga maa looked extremely pretty with the Bengali-styled uni-mode I would say.
I don't know what form is this, I am saying uni, because all other god-goddess are made on a single platform unlike what we usually see at other places.
Anyway, coming back to this place - If you are from the North (Especially WB, J'khand, Bihar, UP etc.) - its the only place in Mysore where you'll feel like Durga Puja.
Kshshthi, Saptmi, Ashtmi, Navmi and Dashmi (Not just Dusshera).
This year a bunch of foreigners also visited and it looks like they enjoyed it more than us :P
If you google Dhunuchi, its more of a form of worshipping, surrendering oneself to the goddess and it looks great (lil scary with the fire)
