Many people don’t know this, but kiwi’s furry-looking skin actually contains MORE nutrients than its flesh. That’s why I recommend eating kiwi unpeeled — since kiwi skin contains huge amounts of digestion-boosting fiber, and not a lot of sugar.
If you find kiwi skin’s texture unpleasant, try removing some of the “fuzz” by rubbing the fruit with a clean towel, scrubbing it with a vegetable brush, or scraping it lightly with a spoon.
