A team of Toronto-area clinicians and entrepreneurs designed a prototype for the 'COVID box,' a new form of personal protective equipment for front-line workers that was inspired by a doctor in Taiwan. It’s a transparent plastic shield clinicians can use while inserting a breathing tube in COVID-19 patients. Lauren Pelley shows us how it is built.
