Step by Step:
Remove the cap
Push plastic sleeve down
Pull off the rubber band, bring plastic sleeve back up
Recap
Tap with cap side down on a hard surface 5-10 times (put some power behind those taps)
Flick with finger to see "puff" of powder to confirm brush is flowing.
*Repeat process if needed
Apply using small circular motions to sweep the brush over bare skin, moisturized skin, or over makeup! Don't forget about ears, neck and other areas.
