It is a subject that I have avoided for far too long: training. Football Manager has so many different sections to make guides on, that until I feel like I have the capability to speak with authority about how to do something in FM, I usually just avoid it. I have been avoiding training for years, but we have finally been able to test it properly, and this video is the start of a long guide to every part of training you could possibly need to know to make your wonderkids better (and actually win matches).

Like other things in Football Manager there are a lot of right ways to do training. This is not the only one, but it has been tested enough for me to entrust all my saves with it. This is also the first in a series, as I mentioned earlier, so those other parts of training are soon to come. They range from tips to actual full schedules of training for you to use if you feel like downloading that stuff. I’m just trying to make it as easy as possible! ENTHUSIASM
