This is a traditional recipe which is used to relish always. Its very easy and can be completed in very less time. one big bunch amaranth of leaves/thotakura
3 - 4 pods garlic
to taste salt oil
of one big pinch cumin seeds cumin / teaspoon powder
to taste chilli powder
one pinch hing
big pinch mustard seeds
1 onion
