Nirphanas fry recipe
Ingredients:
1.Nirphanas - 1
2.Rawa - 1/2 cup
3.Red chili powder - 1 tps
4.Turmeric powder - 1/2tps
5. Garam masala - 1 tps
6. Chaat masala - 1 tps
7. Salt - 1/2 tps
8. Soya sauce - 1 tps
9. Vinegar - 1 tps
10. Oil
Method:
1. I hv used half medium size breadfruit, cut into halves, peel the breadfruit. then cut the breadfruit into slices.
2.Apply chili powder, turmeric powder, Salt, chaat masala, garam masala, soya sauce, vinegar to the slices and keep aside for 10 - 15 minutes for marinate.
3. Coat the sliced breadfruit in rava
4. Heat a pan and spread 1 tps oil on it
Arrange the rava coated slices on frying pan one by one.
5. Spread 1-2 tps oil on top of the rava coated breadfruit. cover and cook
After 10 minutes, flip to the other side and fry for 10 more minutes.
6. Check the breadfruit is cooked by poking in the centre with a knife or spoon.
if it is soft and it gets cut easily then it's done. Serve it with Daal chawal, enjoy
