Is your bobbin tension correct?
If you think it may be off, try the drop test to check and correct - here's how!

⭐️ Hold about 1-2 inches of thread. Raise your hand a bit - the bobbin should drop another 1-2" and then stop.
⭐️ If your bobbin doesn't drop at all - the tension is too tight. With the case's finger to the right, turn the little screw a 1/4 turn to the left to loosen it up.
⭐️ If your bobbin keeps dropping - the tension is too loose. With the case's finger to the right, turn the little screw a 1/4 turn to the right to tighten it up.
⭐️ Check again to see when you get the right tension, then test on a piece of fabric that the tension looks correct on both sides -- needle and bobbin.

This works for front opening bobbins.
