In this Walking Tour video I walk all the way from Sliema front onto St Julian's. Filmed in 4k using my gopro.
Sliema is a touristic town with lots of restaurants. At the time of filming they had been closed due to the pandemic to serve only take-away and delivery.
Sliema, the promontory stretching along the western mouth of Marsamxett Harbour, is one
of the largest and most densely populated areas in the island. Bounded with St. Julians on
the west and Gzira on the south-west it covers hardly an area of a quarter square mile. Yet, it is considered as the leading tourist and commercial centre in the island.
In 1658 Grandmaster De Redin erected a coastal tower known as "Torre di San Giugliano".
