This is our DAY 1 Cize workout video......my husband and 15 year old son worked out with me today. OMGosh we had so much fun. We loved this workout. We never once felt like we were working out at all. And we didn't want this workout to end.
Heart rates were in our Target Zones, we were sweaty and out of breath on a few moves. It was nice to gat an intense workout without feeling like we were killing our bodies.
We can't wait to get back to our Cize tomorrow for Day 2!!!
