We get our hands on Finest Call, a puree and syrup company set up over 20 years ago from the USA. Some bartenders may be quick to judge this product as it is normally seen in dive bars and corporate chains. But there is a time and place for a puree that lasts 12 months when opened. Let us delve into the world of Finest Call and make the biggest frozen daiquiri.
Thank you to Finest Call for sending over a couple of bottles, we really did want to get the Old Fashioned Mix, just because that sounds like the most ridiculous product ever.

The Pump Room is a homemade bar built by the unique and unusual Cressy. She is known throughout the London and UK cocktail scene but with bars closed during the 2020 Lockdown there was no where to go. No where to pour drinks, connect with customers and rock out on the bar top to Britney & KISS.
