The continuous emailing to get the most out of my Brainzyme led him to recently say "It's great to hear you had more energy but I am sorry to hear about this you didn't feel well. I can help you resolve this issue and recommend that you take the capsule 60 minutes after food or together with low-protein food (e.g. fruit)." So I guess my next step is to try it with fruit.
