Issues I've found playing through the game. There are probably others that I've missed, so this is not a comprehensive list.
General Issues
[Fixed in 1.07] Custom bindings only function if you open and close the controls settings page.
[Fixed in 1.07] You can't bind middle/side mouse buttons to custom controls.

00:41 Softlocked in meeting room.
00:56 Whiteboard ending broken texture.
01:07 Boss office missing textures.
01:23 Boss office messed up lighting if Narrator annoyed.
Escape Pod Ending
01:58 During figurine collecting - triggering Escape Pod ending on non-normal starting map causes "New New Content" sign to show up while walking back.
Freedom/Explosion Ending
02:46 [Fixed in 1.06] Gap under stairs up to "4" button leads to OoB/stuck.
03:06 [Fixed in 1.06] Can shimmy around opening door and fall OoB.
Press Conference Ending
03:56 Can push the button from outside the elevator.
04:25 - Doing this can cause you to fall out of bounds or get stuck.
05:02 Can quickly push the elevator button and walk out of the elevator.
05:34 - Doing this can lead to out of bounds.
05:57 Some culling issues with the "427" signs.
Museum Ending
06:18 Portal into "STANLEY PARABLE" black room is tangible and remains if you walk around it.
06:40 [Fixed in 1.07] - Walking into its corner causes you to be put out of bounds.
Bucket Museum Ending
06:58 Culling issue at the start.
Confusion Ending
07:19 [Fixed in 1.07] Crouching under lift causes you to get stuck.
07:40 Odd background when looking back into office from wooden building.
08:11 Can see a reflection of the Stanley Parable Adventure Line™ in the office windows before the line exists.
08:30 Can get stuck behind the door into the filing cabinet room.
08:52 [Fixed in 1.07] Door 426 duplicates. You can close both on yourself and get pushed OoB.
09:53 Can quickly leave the ending room door and get softlocked.
Bucket Destroyer Ending
09:57 [Fixed in 1.06] Can get stuck behind both chairs and the baby cutout.
11:20 [Fixed in 1.07] Can get stuck behind a spotlight.
11:40 [Fixed in 1.07] Can fall into shipping crate section, getting stuck.
12:16 [Fixed in 1.06] Can push your way onto and over a chair, leading to getting stuck or falling OoB.
12:50 Bucket destroyer audio plays all the way through without the narrator if you wait.
Apartment Ending
14:54 Going in-out of phone room causes door to shut permanently.
15:08 The lamp outside apartment has missing textures on the inside.
Bucket Romance Ending
15:23 [Fixed in 1.06] Able to walk through the window of the apartment.
15:43 Table/chair in corner of apartment is intangible.
15:53 [Fixed in 1.06] You can get stuck behind your bed.
Real Person Ending

17:18 Culling issues on floor of warehouse.
18:06 The tape recorder ending doesn't trigger in this version of the map.

Comedic Timing Ending
19:19 The door into the phone room is duplicated.
19:41 Entering and leaving the right door phone room quickly causes softlock.
Is This A Bucket Ending
20:09 [Fixed in 1.06] Can glitch through the podium and explore OoB.
Games Ending
21:16 Going back through door quickly allows OoB and causes softlock.
22:05 [Fixed in 1.06] Parts of the cannisters in Firewatch section are intangible.
22:15 You can walk against the walls of the Rocket League map to get out of bounds.
New Content
23:25 Restarting while in the jump circle allows you to jump anywhere and infinitely (except on maps with the circle).
23:52 - There is a Dark Souls reference in the tape recorder endings that appears if you do this.
Memory Zone
24:23 Misplaced rock at the french song section.
24:40 Culling issue when exiting to Steam Reviews.
Stanley Parable 2 Expo
25:05 Culling issue in free achievement room.
25:37 [Fixed in 1.06] You can crouch through the railing in the infinite hole room and get softlocked.
26:10 [Fixed in 1.07] Key prompts wrong during infinite hole section if you have Simplified Controls on.
Figurine Memory Zone
28:23 Mouse cursor in the lighting fixture at the start of this map (intentional?).
28:33 Two intangible boxes at the entrance to the warehouse.
29:02 [Fixed in 1.07] Softlock by quickly backtracking out of the warehouse section.
29:17 [Fixed in 1.07] Walking into the railing after the warehouse causes you to be teleported behind the portal.
29:43 [Fixed in 1.07] You can get softlocked by quickly going out of the red/blue door section.
30:02 Standing against the "The Past" door causes you to get stuck when it opens.
Epilogue
30:45 Crack in the walls of the cabin allows OoB.
31:16 Missing textures on back side of wood pillars in Cookie9's review room.
31:36 Backtracking after Cookie9's review room unloads the cabin section.
32:10 You can get OoB by wiggling your way up the infinite hole.
