154.570 MHz and 154.600 MHz are the old Blue Dot and Green Dot channels - remember the old Motorola Spirit radios? Programmable via DIP switches. I had a pair that had 4 possible channels, programmable via DIP switch settings...151.625 MHz, 151.955 MHz, 154.57 MHz and 154.6 MHz. Single channel radios.
151.625 - Red Dot
151.955 - Purple Dot
154.570 - Blue Dot - now also MURS 4
154.600 - Green Dot - now also MURS 5
151.625 frequency and 151.955 frequency both still require a FCC license. 154.570 and 154.600 are license free - along with the other three MURS channels 151.820 MHz 151.880 MHz 151.940 MHz (which were also part of the Business Radio Service before the FCC created MURS).
By a considerable margin, 154.570 MHz and 154.600 MHz are the most popular MURS frequencies. I think I hear more activity on 154.57 MHz than 151.82 MHz, 151.88 MHz and 151.94 MHz put together. 151.625 MHz is extremely popular still, as are the other itinerant VHF frequencies. 151.955 MHz is not technically an itinerant frequency but it is used like one.
