When you get a new fifth wheel hitch you need a way to set it so you trailer tows as level as possible. This video shows how that’s done for those that do better with visual instructions vs written. It’s intended as a point of reference because truck & trailer combos vary.

A couple of notes.
My truck has an auto level system so this procedure resulted in my trailer towing level. If your truck has excessive squat you my need to raise your hitch to compensate.
Remember you need 5 to 6 inches of bed rail clearance & that of course is more important than towing level.
Most 5Th wheel hitches have limited adjustment so there is only so much you can do.
