Having cleansing rituals is useful whether you believe in the energy of the moon or not. The full moon is a stunning and breathtaking natural phenomenon that may be appreciated by everyone, regardless of any potential influence on our emotions or behavior.
On July 3rd, there was a full moon, but you can do a ritual 2-3 days afterwards as well (or when you wish). You can use my personal ritual for inspiration:
1. Cleanse your space by burning sage or palo santo 🛁
2. Move your body, releasing any stagnant energy 💃
3. Light a candle/candles 🕯
4. Think of what you are grateful for 🙏
5. Write down a list of what you are ready to release from your life, when done take a last look at what you wrote, then say "I let go of all that does not serve me creating space for new healthy and beneficial opportunities, relationships, ideas, possibilities"✍️
6. Burn the list, but have a bowl of water nearby to not start a fire 🔥
7. Sit in silence for a minute or 2 🔕
