Let's make Malunggay Pandesal ♥
One of my favorite pandesal flavors is malunggay (moringa) because it's healthy and delicious! This malunggay pandesal recipe is soft, fluffy and healthy! I hope y'all try it out too! Enojoy~

How to Make Malunggay Pandesal
Preheated Oven: 180°C (356°F)
Bake Time: 15 minutes
INGREDIENTS

~Malunggay Pandesal Dough~
15 g (0.5 oz) Malunggay Leaves
*Use 3 stalks
28 g (1 tbsp) Malunggay Powder

450 g (3 3/4 cups) BREAD FLOUR
*using a kitchen scale is recommended
*you may use All Purpose Flour but please take note the texture of the bread won't be as soft
6 g (2 tsp) INSTANT DRY YEAST

*if using Active Dry Yeast, dissolve in Lukewarm Water to activate yeast
100 g (1/2 cup) SUGAR
6 g (1 tsp) SALT
177 ml (3/4 cup) WATER, lukewarm or 34°-38°C/93°-100°F
1 lrg. EGG
57 g (1/4 cup) UNSALTED BUTTER, softened
*if using Salted Butter, just use 1/2 tsp Salt
BREAD CRUMBS
*Cover for 1 to 2 hours or until doubled in size.
*Cut dough to 12 pieces or 70 grams each.
*Roll out dough to a disk and put filling just enough to close the dough.
*Proof for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
*Bake at a preheated 180°C (356°F) convection oven for 13 to 15 minutes. For non convection, bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
