This 45-minute upper-body dumbbell routine is designed to help you build size and strength. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced lifter, you can follow along and challenge yourself with this workout.
You can do this with or without a bench! I'll show you how to modify the exercises if you don't have one, so you can still get a killer upper-body pump. All you need is a set of dumbbells and some space.
During the workout, I'll guide you through each exercise and provide tips on form and technique. You'll work your chest, back, shoulders, biceps, and triceps, using a variety of movements that target different muscle groups.
