Here's what the heck's been going on. This past month, I've made a major breakthrough and I'm sharing the amazing details with you. Since I was a kid, I've been suffering with knee injuries and chronic sore feet (supination). I thought it was just my life and nothing would ever fix it. NOT true! A few weeks ago, I started a new movement routine with the help of a certified fitness instructor. If you have sore feet, back pain, stiff joints, or other aches, you should definitely watch this video. Don't ever give up people!
