Ingredients:-
For the Coriander Chutney:-
Fresh coriander leaves
1-2 green chilies
2-3 cloves garlic
Salt to taste
A few ice cubes (to retain green color)
For the Bread Filling:-
1 onion, finely chopped
1 bell pepper, finely chopped
1 cup corn kernels
Salt to taste
1 cup grated cheese
1 teaspoon chaat masala
Coriander chutney (prepared earlier)
Bread slices
For the Batter:-
1 cup gram flour (besan)
1 teaspoon carom seeds (ajwain)
1 teaspoon nigella seeds (kalonji)
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt to taste
A pinch of baking soda
Water (as needed for batter consistency)
Oil for frying
