Peach Iced Tea Recipe:

Ingredients:
* 2 peaches
* 1 large cup of water
* 1 large cup of tea
* 3-4 tablespoons of granulated sugar (you can also use honey, but sugar enhances the flavor more)

Instructions:
1. Slice the peaches and place them in a pot with their seeds. Gently simmer them in water until they release their color into the water. Turn off the heat and let it cool.
2. Once the peaches have cooled, peel their skins and blend the flesh into a puree using a blender or food processor.
3. Mix the cooled peach-infused water, tea, sugar, and one-third of the puree. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Freeze the remaining puree in an ice cube tray to make an easy peach sorbet or ice cream.
4. Fill a pitcher with ice and pour the peach tea mixture over it.
5. Optionally, you can add basil leaves to the glasses for an extra layer of flavor. Your refreshing cold peach tea is ready to help you unwind.

Note: I used one-third of the cooked peaches in the mixture. I recommend freezing the rest to make delightful frozen treats!
