Strawberry rose jam
Not your average strawberry jam, this recipe includes rose water for a fun and flavorful twist! Let’s dive in to the recipe.
Ingredients
330g - Fresh Strawberry
275g - Castor Sugar
4g - Pectin (NH)
8g - Rose Water
9g - Lemon juice
Method
-Take some fresh strawberries and roughly chop them.
-Put them in a sauce pan.
-Mix some amount of sugar with pectin.
-Add it to the sauce pan.
-Once the strawberries leave some moisture add in the remaining sugar.
-Once the temp reaches 104*C switch of the induction and add in the lemon juice and rose water and mix.
-Sterilize the glass in water bath for 20-30 mins.
-In a big pot add water and put in the tart rings and keep the water for simmering.
-Remove the jam in the glass jars and seal the lids tightly.
-Keep the jams in simmering water bath for 20 mins.
-Once done remove the jars & keep it in the chiller for at least 12 hours.
-Voila!!! Ready to Eat.
