-On July 16, 2019 Jeff Anderson & Associates filed a lawsuit against the Archdiocese of New York for concealing the names of credibly accused priests and keeping them in ministry.

The suit focuses on Cardinal Timothy Dolan's decision to conceal the names of two alleged perpetrators, Monsignor John Paddack and Father Donald Timone. Two survivors, Joseph Caramanno and Susan Cassinelli, made statements imploring the Archdiocese of New York to come clean and protect children.
