Dosli smo u zlatno vrijeme kruske i red je da jedan recept posvetimo bas toj predivnoj i premirisnoj vocki koja je desert sama od sebe. Ali zasto ne pustiti masti na volju i ukrasiti je jos malo, i to orasima i medom, bez dodatnog secera.
Potrebno je oprati i oguliti kruske, izvaditi sredinu sa kospicama i tu staviti smjesu od oraha, zobenih pahuljica i meda. Za dvije kruske omjer je 4 kasike mljeveniih oraha, 2 kasike zobenih pahuljica i meda da se to sve lijepo sjedini. Zatim kruske umotati u foliju i peci oko 40 minuta na 180ºC. Kruske ce se kuhati same u svom soku zadrzavajuci tako sve okuse i hranjive vrijednosti. Posluziti deset vruc sa sladoledom i po zelji politi karamelom ili nekim domacim pekmezom. Prijatno!

It is necessary to wash and peel the pears, take out the middle with the pits and put a mixture of walnuts, oat flakes and honey there. For two pears, the ratio is 4 tablespoons of ground walnuts, 2 tablespoons of oat flakes and honey to combine it all nicely. Then wrap the pears in foil and bake for about 40 minutes at 180ºC.
