Today I have Miles J Romero aka "FDS_" winner of the Format library championship and the last to qualify for the "Goat Format" World Championship. He was piloting a chaos control variant. He went undefeated throughout the tournament. Hopefully you guys enjoy this video its a little different then what I usually upload but we needed this deck profile.
