A 35-year-old woman has itchy, purple papules on wrists and lower back, that are gradually increasing.
As per examination,flat-topped, violaceous papules with white lines (Wickham's striae), at symmetrically sun-exposed areas are seen....and there are no records of recent meds. Biopsy shows hyperkeratosis, basal layer degeneration, band-like lymphocytic infiltrate. What according to you is the most likely diagnosis?
