This is a 1979 video Mike Brinks, Glen Pensinger and I did at San José State University to teach the editing fundamentals to students in Theatre Arts, Journalism, and any others doing video projects. It was a great idea except for it's timing. It actually won a major award from the Industrial Television Video Association. But, a year later, editing systems with videocassettes became available rendering much of this project moot. However, I think you'll still get the humor here.
For you techies, this was another of our first programs in color. We recorded it straight to a 2-inch color Quad, and then edited from Quad to Quad. At that time, Quad had only one channel of audio. We're so spoiled today. And, I do apologize for the makeup. Obviously we had a lot to learn.
